Walsall Arboretum Skatepark
Walsall Arboretum skatepark was designed and built by Maverick Industries, opening in 2010. It is a medium sized skatepark mainly holding street obstacles and can be found in the ground of Walsall Arboretum.
The skatepark starts on one side with a flat bank with a block on top that opens up onto the main body of the park. Following this is a roll over, manny pad with ledge, ledge and a hipped bank with block on top all in line and after this is a flat bank. The flat bank is bookended by two wall rides and features a ledge and a rail, following these is a quarter pipe acting as a return ramp that has an extension on one side.
Walsall Arboretum skatepark is a great local spot, especially if you are a street skater. There is a wide selection of obstacles here however the arrangement is not the most original. Even though this is the case the surfaces are smooth and fast which makes up for it and makes this a great place for beginners and experienced skaters alike.
