Caldicot Skatepark
Caldicot skatepark is a medium sized, all concrete skatepark that can be found next to the leisure centre and is mainly a street based course.
The skatepark starts on one side with a quarter pipe and a flat bank that open onto a funbox with a pyramid, rail, hubba and driveway. Finishing the run off is a long quarter pipe with a flat bank & rail inset that, on one side, is made into a mini ramp.
Caldicot skatepark is a nice local spot that has a fairly basic back and forth layout but has super smooth surfaces which makes up for it. It’s a good place to come to learn the basics but if you are after a more challenging skate check out one of the other parks nearby.
