Danson Skatepark (Bexleyheath)
Danson Skatepark was designed and built by Freestyle and opened in 2009. It is a medium sized all concrete park that has a bowl and a simple street section and can be found in the Danson Centre grounds.
The bowl here is made up of two parts, a thin rectangular section that can also be doubled up as a mini ramp, and a more open section with an extension around the edge. Off the back of the extension is a flat bank that opens up into the main body of the street section which features a manny pad and a curved ledge and finishes with a quarter pipe as the return ramp.
Danson skatepark is a nice little local spot with some basic features. It would be a good place to come and practise the basics but if you are after a more challenging skate check out one of the other parks nearby.

Getting there
Bexleyheath train station: Exit Bexleyheath station onto Avenue Road and head south until Chestnut Drive on your right. Take this road and follow it until the end where it meets Brampton Road and head south until you see the skatepark.
Crook Log Leisure Centre bus stop: Exit the bus onto Crook Log road and the skatepark should be in sight.
