Projekts MCR Skatepark

Opened by Freestyle in 2012, Projekts MCR (aka The Pump Cage) is situated underneath the Mancunian Way overpass and is a huge concrete and wooden plaza style street park and is one of the best designed skateparks in the UK. The park holds everything you could possibly need and more, featuring flat banks, stair sets, rails, ledges, hips, bowled corners and a bowled mini run.

This is a great spot with some well built and well laid out obstacles with a lot of space between them, perfect for practising the basics or mastering the lines without anyone else getting in the way of your flow. Although being undercover be wary that it can get busy on wet days so be warned.
