Aberystwyth Skatepark
Parc Kronberg, also referred to as Aberystwyth Skatepark, is a concrete skatepark that opened in December 2017. It is incorporated within a community park and is designed to bring the wider community and skaters together.
The concrete skatepark features a back-and-forth with open bowl, transition and rails. It was built by Aberystwyth Town Council with Big Lottery grant funding of £443,140, replacing the original metal skatepark, which featured a back and forth run with a quarter pipe and flat bank either side of a funbox.
The new concrete park was designed and constructed by Freestyle and is managed by Aberystwyth Town Council.
