Whittlesey Skatepark
Whittlesey skatepark is situated in Manor Field and was built by Freestyle, opening in 2006. It is an all concrete skatepark, with smooth surfaces and some nice, flowing transitions.
Each corner houses either a double flat bank or a double quarter pipe that face perpendicular to each other and inbetween them is a funbox with hubba and a ledge. On one side the quarter pipes are also extended out a bit to form a concrete mini ramp.
This is a nice local park that has a fairly original layout and is a good place for learning the basics but unfortunately lacks the challenge of a bigger more complex park.
